These terms apply to all services booked through AmieInChina (operated by Amie in China Ltd).

Services: AmieInChina offers consultation calls and medical navigation assistance. All services are delivered remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed.

Medical disclaimer: AmieInChina is not a medical professional. Nothing provided through this service constitutes medical advice. I help clients navigate the Chinese healthcare system and book appointments only. All healthcare decisions remain your own responsibility.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled call are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
